Accountability and follow-through need drastic improvement. I had an extensive motor rebuild with a Pag Parts Turbo EFR 6758 big turbo kit being installed on my 2012 Volkswagen CC. When the car was put back together and Race IQ tasked to do the tune, the tuning process took 2 weeks. After that tuning process, it was discovered that the car could not operate with the MAF sensor connected because the MAF had not been scaled. This should have been the very first thing done in order to provide a fully comprehensive tune. A few months later, I schedule a dyno session with RaceIQ. They were almost an hour late and no adjustments to the tune could be saved because the MAF was STILL not scaled. Nonetheless, I was charged for services. Months after that, I handed the car over to RaceIQ for what was supposed to be a one week process to scale the MAF. 3 weeks later, there was no progress with that. Frustrated, I sought the counsel of other tuners in an attempt to get the MAF scaled so the car could pass emissions. Race IQ refuses to collaborate with outside tuners or share information even though they are unable to actually complete the service I've been charged for. It has been 2 years and I have had to endure numerous traffic stops, fines, additional money spent with separate tuners, time invested having to get repeated temporary exemptions in order to renew my tag, and finally, having to use an alternate car as a daily driver. To say that I have been patient and tried to work with Tony these past 2 years is an understatement. Now, no longer responding to my calls, I feel that I am clearly not and never have been a priority as a customer and have not been made whole. I have been given a half-complete product/service and I will make efforts to ensure that none of my peers do business with this establishment. For those who have had success, I salute you. However, I will make sure to repeat my experience and the facts. I shouldn't have to wait weeks, months, or years for a tune to be done PROPERLY on a car. I should not have to independently seek the consult of other tuners because of a dismissive unwillingness to even make things right. There is a lack of customer service in this regard and a huge accountability problem.read more

I bought a 84 mm pulley, a belt wrap kit, and a tune from RaceIQ. It took me about an hour to install the belt wrap. Kit, and about 30 min to install the pulley. The tune was simply plug and play. Wow! I was blown away at the power it made. Incredible! Can't keep back tires on my car now! LOL! These guys really know what they are doing. I'm impressed. I want the cams next!read more

I am posting this review on behalf of my friend Chantale, the owner of an Audi A5 and customer of RaceIQ, since she is not a Facebook user. The experience with Anthony and RaceIQ was simply outstanding. I was referred to him by a good friend of mine who was appalled at the quote given to me by my dealership to replace my clutch system. The cost was simply astronomical. He stated to me that he was sure RaceIQ could take much better care of me in cost and quality of service. That Saturday, Anthony contacted me and I conveyed the issues pertaining to my car. Although it was the holiday season, he quickly came back with two quotes, with and without flywheel, with the use of OEM parts. Considering that it is an Audi and there is an expectation for repairs to be costly, his quote was satisfactory but let me clarify that it was not cheap. I accepted the cost and he requested to have the car Tuesday after the holidays. The car was delivered to him on Wednesday and by Thursday evening the work was already completed. Since I did not have transportation to get to the garage to retrieve my vehicle, Anthony agreed to come and get me in the Vinnings area and we made our way back to his garage where he showed me the damaged clutch and worn out flywheel (as if I knew anything about the state of these things) and explained how my driving had impacted both entities. Words cannot explain how it felt to drive my car once I left his garage. So smooth. He even gave me recommendations regarding the use of my clutch to prolong the life of the overall system. I never write reviews - as I have no social media presence- but I felt compelled to do so. When dealing with RaceIQ you will get knowledge, exceptional workmanship and reasonable costs. I highly recommend this garage.read more

Worked with Race IQ on a tune for my E55. I logged it extensively and had some idea of what I wanted. Ordered a tune for a 77mm FSP and it was perfect right out of the box! AFR's were steady and right where I thought they should be. Timiing was rock steady and again, right where I wanted to be. I sent no logs or any other info besides the pulley size. Extremely pleased with the results and will recommend to anyone looking for a tuner that knows what they are doing and understands how these cars are driven!read more

Tony tuned my 2003 s600 and released the cars true v12tt potential. I've had ZERO issues with it and whenever I've had questions in regards to performance upgrades Tony is ALWAYS quick to respond. Customer service is superb! Less than a year after getting an ECU tune I decided to get a Race IQ TCU tune as well. My shop, Silver Arrows Motors in Las Vegas removed my TCU, shipped it to Tony and it was back and done in less than a week. I was between a couple tuners for a re-tune on my E55 and finally ended up going with RaceIQ. I couldn't be happier. The car has not only picked up power, but the drivability has improved significantly. With an aggressive pulley comes the issue of the car bucking under increased throttle, an issue that has always bothered me. While it is not entirely gone (and as Anthony explained, it most likely never will be - nature of the beast) it has improved significantly from how it was previously. The car is now much more enjoyable to drive all around. As far as customer service goes, I would say Anthony is unmatched. I sent my mod list in on Sunday, and received the tune Monday. He also thoroughly answered all questions that I had. I would recommend RaceIQ over any other m113k tuner.read more
